All orders are shipped within 3 business days upon order receipt.
Payments funded by E-Checks will be shipped within 3 business days upon check clearance.
The Email Address provided when placing the order will be used for Order Confirmation and Tracking Number notifications.

When an order is received, an Automated Order Confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s Paypal-Registered Email Address.
Upon shipment dispatch, another Automated Shipment Notification email containing the Tracking Information will be sent to the same email address again.
So please make sure the Email Address provided is valid, up to date and email filter is accepting emails from us. (sent from sales@aeronhq.com)

Upon order shipment dispatch, the dispatch date can be validated HERE with the tracking number provided.
It may take up to 24 hrs after shipment dispatch for this record to show up.
Online Tracking of your Package
All orders are shipped by Registered Postal Airmail unless otherwise specified.
Typically it takes 7 – 10 business days to reach World Wide locations after shipment dispatch.

Please let us know if your country’s Post Office website DOES in fact support online tracking of Registered Airmail Items but is currently not listed below. This helps us to grow the list and benefit other customers from your country.
Offline (Manual) Tracking of your Package for Other Countries
If your country is not listed above, the local Post Office in your country does not support *online* tracking of registered airmail items. However, the registered airmail item can be checked manually with them. Please contact your local post office with the tracking information for manual tracking.
Shipping Timeframe Exceeded?
In the coming weeks, if the shipping timeframe has exceeded the expectation, please track the package online using the above links or contact your local Post Office with the tracking information (Registered Airmail Item number) for manual checking. Sometimes the packages will be left at local Post Office unclaimed due to various reasons. For instance, we have used the shipping address on the shipment *exactly* from your payment instructions. If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, it will most likely be held at your local Post Office due to non-delivery or unclaimed item. Again using the above registered airmail item number would assist you to locate the item with your local Post Office.
